Availability for online booking may be limited and are bookable at the discretion of the clinic. Only ONE booking may be made at any given time. If multiple appointments are booked online these will be cancelled. Appointment slots are 10 minutes in duration.

For Dr. Zavaglia's patients - please be advised that only in-person office visits are available for booking. Phone appointments can be booked by calling the office directly.

For phone appointments booked with Dr Chang and Dr Kim - every effort is made to call at the booked time, though depending on patient flow and unexpected circumstances booked calls may made early or late from time-to-time.

This service is intended to improve access for more immediate concerns. It is preferable that appointments booked online be for one medical issue only. For complicated issues or if additional discussions are planned please call the office to book directly by phone.

Online booking for procedures (PAP, Biopsies), routine physicals, driver's medical examinations will not be accepted. These will need to be booked by phone.

Telehealth or in-person visits are available to be booked but times may vary. Not all office availability is posted or accessible online. If there is no online availability in the schedule additional appointments are likely possible but will require a call to the office to schedule.

If you have need of an urgent appointment, please call the office directly if an expedited visit is needed for an urgent issue. Please attend an emergency department or call 911 for all emergencies.

There will be a $60 'no-show' fee for any and all missed appointments booked online and will be applied without exception.

Appointments are only to be booked with your primary physician.
